He has been associated with the marketing communication market in Poland for nearly 20 years. Member of the board of IAA - International Advertising Association in Poland. Lecturer in Public Relations at Warsaw University, Marketing Communication and Crisis Management at Wroclaw University (IDiKS) and also Sports Marketing at Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2004 he has been the head of a consulting agency PBS - Pawłowicz Business Solutions (earlier Pawłowicz & Partners). He was also CEO of Aart Design Sp. o.o. Between 2006-2011. - Polish branch of the French agency specializing in creating visual identification systems and broadcast design.
